• Exhibitor load in begins on Monday, June 10 starting at 12PM
• Exhibitor load out begins on Wednesday, June 12 after 2PM
  
• Exhibits include 8' table, two chairs and wastebasket.
• Attendees will be able to have dedicated face time with exhibitors on Tuesday from 12:30-2:30PM and Wednesday from 12:30-2:00PM. Attendees will also have the option to visit with exhibitors during breaks or any sessions that they do not plan on attending. 
  
• Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all exhibitors.
• Hearses (add on cost) will be parked in the Courtyard area. This area will be the location of our Welcome Reception, weather pending, on Tuesday, June 11 starting at 5:30PM
• All Exhibitors are encouraged to bring a raffle prize!
